The building is old and has the retro late Showa(Showa is one of Japanese ear1926-1989) vibe, also there is similar atmosphere with Hong Kong.

Those accents and ,of course, their warm personality made me feel nostalgic and comfortable when I had visited there first time.

The building will be demolished in 2021, so now they need to find a new home.

In Tokyo, we can see how quickly this city changes in architectural perspectives. Many old buildings are teared down due to the Olympics and earthquake resistance reasons. 

There are too many aspects that I can't understand  but I always wonder, 'Why they don't keep cool old buildings. Not 'New' but 'Renew' is sometimes better?'
